Our mission is to impact teaching and learning of STEM students through the active training of cognitive and affective skills, specifically to support and improve diversity, equity, and retention in STEM courses.
Frederick Moore, Ph.D.
Frederick Moore is the co-founder and managing partner of PotentSci. He is a native of Fairfield, California, and an optimistic survivor by nature. After experiencing frustration with his elementary and high school education, he began his pursuit of academic excellence at Solano Community College. Thereafter, Dr. Moore attended the University of California, Berkeley, and obtained his BA degree in genetics with honors in 1996, and graduated from the University of California, San Francisco, with a PhD in the field of human reproductive genetics in 2002. Dr. Moore is passionate about helping people reach their highest potential, both mentally and spiritually. Dr. Moore also serves as the Director of the Mathematics Engineering Science Achievement (MESA) program at City College of San Francisco.
